Shipping

Free shipping on all orders

All orders are shipped via standard shipping. You can see the estimated delivery time within each product’s description and also at the time of checkout. Delivery time does not include Sundays or Holidays.

Orders are shipped directly from our brand partners. If you purchase multiple items, you may receive multiple packages.

Returns

Free return shipping on all orders

Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt, unworn with tags attached. You can print or email a return label from the app by tapping “My Purchases” in your profile. If the brand has included a pre-paid return label in the package, you may use it.

Placing an Order

We accept Apple Pay and all major credit cards. Orders are processed pending availability and credit verification. All orders will appear as "The Yes" on your bank statement. Orders can be canceled within 10 minutes of purchase by tapping "Cancel" in "My Purchases". After this period, orders cannot be canceled or updated.

Connecting with Friends

Shopping is meant to be a social sport. Use our “Invite a Friend” feature to invite new friends onto THE YES and to share your YES Lists with each other. Your friend will receive $25 in credits upon download, and you will receive $25 once your friend makes a purchase that successfully ships. You can share your link with up to 10 people using the navigation menu in the upper right-hand corner of the app.

THE YES Credits

If you have THE YES shopping credits, they will be automatically applied at checkout for orders greater than $50. All credits expire after 90 days.

Price match guarantee

THE YES strives to provide the best price. If you find a lower price within 7 days of purchase, please contact hello@theyes.com with your name, order number, and a link to where you found the item listed at a lower price. Our customer service team will review your request and respond once they have researched the item.

Items eligible for price match must be in stock in the same size, color, style and season from an authorized retailer. Additionally, discount codes and promo codes applied at checkout do not apply.

THE YES does not accept price adjustments for items found on websites that operate as an auction, discounter, liquidator, or resale platform.
